All due care and diligence has been taken in preparation of freight charges, but  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section reserves the right to renegotiate freight charges at time of order placement.
A manual freight quote is available should there be concern that there may be factors affecting freight charges that may not have been apparent or considered at time of Web Site preparation.

* Please Note: In relation to large items being shipped (ex. Subwoofer, Body Kits, etc.), the shipping price will be charged according to volume weight of the product/s. If any changes occur you will be notified ASAP by Email for advice.
Shipping cost is clearly visible on the "View Cart" page below the shopping cart listings.

However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:

1. The warranty shall not apply if any goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer, this includes connection cables and looms.

2. Unless otherwise stated in the manufacture's documentation, all products (purchased through our website shopping cart system, excluding new/used cars) supplied or delivered to EU mainland addresses carry a 12 months manufacturer's warranty.

3. Prior to taking any action we would ask you to contact CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section
This can be done through your account settings.
CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section may be able to resolve the problem by email, or give you advice on the appropriate action to take.

4. If the problem cannot be resolved we would suggest that you contact CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section to advice you with the delivery address for returning the item/s, who will endeavour to repair the goods within 7 working days.
There may be occasions due to the nature of the fault when it could be necessary to return the product to the original manufacturer.
If so this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time.
Alternatively the goods may be taken to any local dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question. However, the turnaround time may vary from seller own, please take advice from the dealer in question.

5. On receipt of the return product the receiver will test it to identify the fault you have notified to them.
Provided that the goods are to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be not charge for rectification and in the case of mail order customers, CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section will pay for the return of the goods.
If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order without defect  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section will return the product to you, the carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.

6. Customers returning goods to  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section service departments should bring with them proof of purchase.
Mail order customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the goods to  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section .

The following may be helpful:
a. Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit.
b. Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase, and also a full description of the fault.
Also supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address.
c. Clearly label the parcel with the address, you have been advised of.

d. Our recommended method of return would be via SDS Standard Delivery Service. This service is available through your local post office and we recommend that you take out adequate compensation to cover the value of the goods.

7.  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section can not accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured.

1. Purchases made from our On-Line Shop are not sold on a "Trial basis". Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of product/s prior to purchasing.

In the event that CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section, at its discretion, may accept the goods back the following conditions will apply:

If the goods were shipped from  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section warehouse:

  1.0 The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect condition.

  1.1 The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  1.2 If points 1.0 & 1.1 are met then a handling fee of 15% or €25.00 whichever is the greatest will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without handling fee.

2. Contracts for the purchase of goods by a customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section web site are, subject to the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations, whit the exception of Software/mapping and Music CD/DVD products.

These items are not refundable due to their nature.
Consumer may cancel goods purchased from  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section by sending a notice of cancellation by email to  CarsNParts.ie, FunkyMotors.ie or any other websites connected to our car parts and accessories and car sale section .

This can be done through your account settings. 

The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the date of delivery of goods to the nominated address.

The following conditions apply:

  2.0 The customer will be responsible for all delivery cost, including the organisation and cost of returning the goods making sure they are adequately packaged and insured.

  2.1 The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition.

  2.2 If points 2.0 & 2.1 are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer for the full amount minus delivery + handling fee of 15% or €25.00 whichever is the greatest.
